MARK MAP respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
Account: name, email, password (encrypted), role & permissions.
Workspace: company name, logo, phone, city, commercial registration.
Your content: posts, campaigns, products, influencers, tasks, notes.
Payment: processed by EdfaPay (PCI-compliant); we do not store card data.
Technical: basic usage logs to run and improve the service.
2. How we use data
Operate the platform and its features.
Manage your account, subscription, and authentication (including 2FA).
Send operational notifications about your account/content.
Improve security and prevent abuse.
3. Third parties
Google Firebase (auth, database, hosting) — data processor.
EdfaPay — subscription payment processing.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We retain data while your account is active. Deleted content stays in the recycle bin for up to 30 days, then is permanently removed. You may request account/data deletion anytime.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and strict access controls. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended.
